This weekend I went to visit my grandfather. I'm a height to my grandfather but I noticed that my build is a lot narrower than his. His wrists are a lot thicker than mine, he's a lot broader and stuff like that. I'm 18 and I'm just starting to grow a beard and stuff like that. I'm basically a late bloomer and I'm kinda worried that I'm going to be stuck like this forever. How do I make sure my frame fills out before I stop growing?

My grandfather used to look like Arnold Swarzchenegger when he was my age and he was a nerdy guy who didn't even work out much. Makes me feel insecure too bro.
