I've just gone through an exam period and in this time my posture has completely been destroyed. I'm currently having some upper back and neck pains because of it.

What exercises would you guys recomend to straighten myself out?

Pic related is me standing normally.

you have to lift heavy and bulk, its best for fixing posture

than you can cut and do meme routine if you want to be fuckboy which your hair screams

Ps, my chest feels tight and my shoulders feel drawn out and stretched
>>

Would working out my back be a good idea, to pull against the tight chest muscles?

You remind me of myself. Really skinny with a long neck but I don't have the same Adam's apple. A longer neck fucks how your posture appears because the length exaggerates any forward leaning of your neck.

What helps me is doing shrugs for larger traps which make my neck look shorter and doing lots of upper back stuff.

Also pretend that a string is pulling you straight up from your to toes to your head and make sure you pull your shoulders back.

This is what actually fixed things for me. I finally got muscles to pull back my shoulders into the right position.
>>
Add face pulls. Str till its balanced then endurance reps so you keep it througg the day.
>>
Do you spend a lot of time sat down?

My back was fucking me up big time until I got a decent chair that made me sit up straight and kept me in place.

unironically powerlifting movements are best for fixing posture as they focus on entire body strenght not certain spot

they can look fridge mode, but powerlifters dont have posture problems

bulk + ss will unironically fix your posture, yes you will gain fat but its only way and it works fast
>>
You're posture is actually fine. You could see a physical therapist though if you want an expert opinion. Your spine has natural curves in it, your neck included depending on its length.
