I use TDEE calculators online and some say as little as 1700 calories a day and as high as 2260. Where can I find an accurate number?

Try one of the numbers for a couple of months and see if you get desirable results.
Your body will tell you if the number is accurate.

By tracking your calorie intake and your weight over the course of a month. Use some calculated number of calories as a starting point, but adjust based on the results you get.

None of them are accurate. Pick one and go with it. If after 2 weeks you're not losing weight, lower calories by 100 and repeat.

Had the same issue, so I just went with the sticky's rule of 10-12*BW when cutting and that's done the job perfectly well.
