I want to become a twink but I'm chubby and I have big feet and shoulders so I'm scared I won't make it. Also a little hairy but I can afford a lazer hair removal once I get my desired body. I'm still young though so there's that. What sort of exercise and diet should I follow?

hmmm nice feet maybe you do have potential. anyways eat at least 500 calories less than your TDEE every day, and do a shit ton of cardio. ever hear of c25k? do that, but dont stop at 5k, keep improving until you can run a marathon. if youre gonna lift weights, keep it light and leg/core focused.
stay away from sugar and carbs as well. god speed cutie.

i should also mention working out glutes is very very good for your twink goals. high-bar back squats, leg press, hack squats, and leg raises are all very good. look up other glute exercises if you want more inspo.
