After every workout, I eat an omelette of 8-10 eggs, with onion/mushroom/ham.

I'm trying to cut down on meat consumption. Mostly because of cost. I dunno if eggs are ethically as bad as meat, IDGAF.

I usually can't eat anything before the workout, however sometimes I get pretty hungry even in the middle of it and need to eat something like protein bar or a rice-waffle sandwich with peanut butter and 2 mins later I'm good to continue the training. Yep, I train at home.
