How do you not get bored lifting?
I've been maintaining a 3-4 day a week, compound lifting schedule with sports and/or cardio days here and there for the past 6 fucking years. Lifting culture is boring. Fit memes got old. "Shut up and squat" doesn't get me motivated. And I just don't see the point anymore. I don't care to be ultra aesthetic, I look good enough to bang girls I'm attracted to, I'm fit enough where I can be above average strong and I wont die before 40 due to no cardio.
But if I stop lifting I'll become DYEL and the gains goblins will get me.
What do?
you could do a conjugate system or concurrent periodization system so that ur changing up ur lifts constantly and not getting burnt out on them

Take a break dude. Sounds like you're doung more then enough if your doing sports outside of the gym. And dont pay attention to all that fit culture shit you see on social media. When I first discovered it 3 years ago I was amazed there was such a big community but then I realized most people do it for the "likes". Stay away from it and take a break
