I have been told by multiple people that working out, dieting right and getting in shape can really help out with mental issues, so i want to try it.

I currently have a BMI of 27.3, i know im overweight, but i don't know how much.

Because of my anxiety, im looking to do at home, beginner exercises, and how i can work up to a push up, you heard that right, i can't even do 1 push up.
