Currently doing intermittent fasting. My eating window is from 3pm to 9pm. I want to start yohimbine. Problem is I workout in the morning at 6am. I have nothing except Nitraflex pre-workout, and BCAA during.
Can i stack yohimbine with weight lifting and Nitraflex pre-workout, or will it be too much?
I could also take yohimbine post workout, but I read you should do fasted cardio with it.
What do lads?
well you have to be fasted for yohimbine to work so taking it post workout isn't an option. As for the other questions im not sure.
