Hey /fit/, first time poster here. My girlfriend just broke up with me and I was wondering if any of you know of a good workout plan for getting more muscular. I'm a pretty scrawny and small boned guy and am just trying to feel better about the way I look. Any advice would be much appreciated.

unironically SS and Gomad (or if you're not much into milk, 2 bags of costco trail mix a week) don't over emphasize legs, but dont forget to squat either post result every 2 weeks here to see if you're getting too fat, never try to super bulk, its always better to clean bulk.
