Red pill me on IF. Is there a noticeable difference between 16:8 and say 14:10? I've heard that 16 hours is the sweet spot for fat loss, but I know it's the calories you consume during the feeding period that actually matters

The longer the fasted state, the more benefits you get in terms of fatloss, cellular repair, etc.
The actual difference thats realized between what you're proposing is probably negligible over the longrun.
OP, do 16/8 IF with 200 mg / caffeine and 20 mg yhcl daily. If you're already under 15%, itll fix your lower abs / spare tire / fat around chest

Reduce your caloric intake and do cardio until you hit 15%. At that point i'd say it'd be worth doing IF / caffeine and yhcl.
It'll be worth it: after you get lean, can just lean bulk for eternity and always be in an aesthetic state (if that's your thing).

IF would still help in my experience. I use it when i recomp and i noticed that i lose fat and maintain pretty much all of my muscle without my working sets dropping too much.
You may feel like shit at first, but once you're body adjusts, you actually feel pretty good. :^) Just noticed that my energy levels are little more consistent throughout the day, et cetera
