/fit/ lads I'm currently trying to bulk and finding it pretty difficult to put on the kg's i weigh 80kg's and 174cm's (lol manlet) my gym consistentcy is good like 5 days a week isolating muslce groups. The only hard part is eating i need some advice on how i am supposed to meet my macros when I physically feel ill after 5 meals and cooking all these meals is so time consuming being a student with a part time job. You guys got any stories or tips on how to bulk mode with high efficiency
