Klinefelter syndrome affects the x chromosomes and results in short men with small testicals and gyno. As well as sexual and intellectual immaturity.

I believe you're thinking of Jacob's syndrome, which is more common and is caused by two y chromosomes. Jacobs syndrome results in tall height and acne but has no intellectual disadvantages.

You are partially correct, however klinefelters causes a spurt in growth for most males, and it is one of the common symptoms, along with infertility, gyno and small testies.
Every case varies and not all symptoms can be found in all patients, the only way to find out is to either get your semen tested, or get your blood checked out, to see if you have XXY chromosomes

thank mane. i might be 5'8 lmao but my shoulder are fairly wide while still being proportionate, so i guess ill go for that look
