I tend to fall forward when coming back up. I squat with socks or flat shoes.

Are your feet completely on the ground or are you standing on your toes?

Learn to sit back more, make sure weight is over middle of your feet, keep your chest up and your back tight.

I can leg press like a plate per side comfortably. 2 plate per side is difficult but I can get like 6-7 reps.
I can bench like 175 lb for 5 tho if thats any consolation.
