Shut off your electronics before bed. Just start reading at 8pm, and go to bed at 10 or something.
Keep your phone in another room if you can't control yourself, and use a alarm-clock instead.
Also, maybe pick up swimming. I'm always really sleepy after swimming.

This also avoid blue light whenever you can in your case hence the blue light blocking glasses.
Eat more foods with DHA, I like sardines in olive oil very /fit/.

Get yourself a routine before bed. For some reason it helps. For me I drink a protein shake then lay in bed and watch an episode of Frasier. Every single night before bed, and it helps me get sleepy for some reason.

yeah also 1-2h before bed switch to a red bulb. Like the ones used in photo laboratories. Red light makes you sleepy. (melatonin release and shit)

I close my eyes and go to sleep. If that doesn't work then I see if my friend is up for some snooky and the sex tires me out and I go to sleep

Also if you start overthinking stuff get up. Don't do it in your bed you're training your body into doing that stuff. Your bed is for sleep and sex only
