check your expected weight for your height in https://symmetricstrength.com/calculator/ideal_bodyweight and then use "Bodybuilding, IFBB Fitness Division" (usually a median value of the possible values at different bf% of the "Maximum muscular potential for drug-free athletes") as your weight in the standards calculator (as you see, it's adjusted per weight).
