Sometimes when I do pec flies I'll randomly drop an arm in the middle of the set and complete the set unilaterally.
Even though one side didn't get worked as much my chest got confused as hell and grew the that side more.

>head over to the bench
>load up 2pl8
>put hands in perfect position

>drop it and run over to the squat rack and blast 8 reps before my muscles know what the fuck is going on
