How do you handle going through a rut?
I recently had an umbilical hernia that I was born with fixed. No lifting for 6 weeks. About a month before my surgery I hurt my back doing SSB squats. I mostly rehabbed it during that month but it still gets stiff during prolonged sitting.
Just feel like I'm in a rut. It will be 10 weeks without any solid training and then I'm going to have to build back from there once I've healed from my hernia surgery. It feels like half of this year is basically going to go to waste.
How do you deal with the hard times /fit/?
