Why do I not look like I've lost a lot of weight after 100lbs lost? I was 330lbs now 230lbs at 6'4". Of course I feel a lot better, I see significant loss in my stomach and back but I still feel like I'm fat elsewhere and can't lose the man tits. I've had some people even ask if I've lost "like 20 or 30 pounds". Why is it that for some even 5 pounds makes a visual difference?

Have you been working out? If you have no muscle on your body you will look like shit at any weight. If all you're doing is cardio all your upper body will be is fat and that doesnt look good,

I've mainly been doing body weight workouts, did do a 3month lifting plan at one time and noticed I looked pretty good.
