Multiply your body weight by 18
120x18=2160 calories a day
Adjust that number every couple weeks. Or week doesn't matter.
Eating that much will net you about .75 lbs a week, give or take a bit depending on error margin and activity levels.
Now go eat you skinny bastard

Eating a lot at meals is not enough. Eating is a game of FREQUENCY. Sleeping 7+ hours(closer to 11 is better) is hella important but overall, you should be consuming at least half a meal every 2 hours, probably more. You won't feel hungry, that's the point. You may feel on the verge of vomiting after meals, that's fine as long as you keep it in. If you're going to drink a significant amount of anything, do it 30 minutes before or after meals, for meals you need stomach space. If you end up with 1000 calorie surplus this way, and still don't gain weight after a month, talk to your doctor about your hyperthyroidism.

If you're doing cardio, cut down on it, it can speed up your metabolism. Reduce salt intake(salts tend to be the limiting factor in thyroid hormone production(this can slow your metabolism)) and sugar intake (unless you want to gain a lot of fat, this will help keep testosterone high) as much as possible. Consume meals consisting of clean macros, oats are your friend.
