I'm on a bulk and I'm having a hard time eating certain things like steel cut oats and almonds day after day.
Sometimes I'll add a table spoon or two of sugar or Nesquik syrup to get that shit down.
The rest of my diet is full of eggs, chicken breast, sweet potatoe, and PB so not a lot of sugar otherwise.
Will the sugar cause me adverse effects?
