Ok so my biggest insecurity is my gyno chest. I have a minor case of gyno and I've been thinking of having surgery to correct it.
Has anyone here had the surgery? How did you pay for it?
Was it worth it?
Picture isn't me but mines is pretty similar

I think you'd have to be retarded to go under the knife to correct a little gyno, especially if you're DYEL like pic related.

I just hate how it's noticeable with pretty much any shirt I wear that's not heavy cotton or black.
I am a dyel, I lifted for around 6 months last year but I stopped going in December. I just don't feel motivated knowing my issue can't be corrected by working out.
I'm 5'9 and currently weigh 175lbs . I used to have this problem even when I weighed 150lbs and it just sucks. No matter how much weight I lose I'll still have this problem.

Def retarded
I had a similar issue, not too big of a gyno but noticeable in thin shirts, after a year or so of incline bench and ab workouts it's almost invisible, nipples just look weird but that's all

Thats not gyno.. Don't even waste your money just work your chest and lose weight.

prob due to BF %.
If its not then look up raloxifene. thats not worth $3,500 surgery when some drugs can kill it
You're just fat.

It's definitely gyno, dumbshit.
Can you feel hard tissue beneath your moobs? Then get surgery. I'd suggest going to a surgeon who makes the cuts beneath the arm pits instead of around the nipple.
If it's all soft look up look up something like raloxifene.

I used to be pretty sensitive about my gyno as a teen. It took me getting to like <10% bf to get comfortable taking my shirt off in public and even then, I was kind of shy about it.
Honestly man, it didn't really go away but you kind of stop giving a fuck about it lol. I'm nowhere near as shredded as I was in college but you just stop caring after a certain point, because you personality has developed enough to make up for the insecurities you had when you started lifting.
In the meantime, start wearing button-ups and collared shirts, or just get pocket tees if you're sensitive about it.
