Squat more. Seriously. Without the bar, or with the unloaded bar. Just sit into the position, get comfy and then do a bunch of squats. It will get better.

I would not recommend following RIP if your goal is aesthetically driven.
hands on the wall, one leg bent, the leg your stretching straight. Keep your foot flat and then stretch your muscle thing in your leg.
Then bend your knee and bend that other muscle.
Do this every day with both legs for a month and achieve squatiness.
