What macros have worked for you?
I hear conflicting opinions on how many carbs I should eat for fat loss. Too much carbs and I'll gain fat. Too little carbs and I won't have energy.
What has worked for you during a cutting stage /fit?

jesus I wish this meme would fucking die. unless you are a professional athlete, 60+ hr a week construction worker or doing a serious strength training regimen, you don't need lots of carbs for energy.
"keto flu" is on temporary and most times it doesn't even happen.

Eat your protein and fat goals then fill in the rest with carbs depending on your caloric needs for the day. I'm bulking so I'm having 420g of carbs, 100g of fat and 190g of protein.

Do a fast crash diet and get back to eating at maintenance with normal macros as quickly as possible, no point in doing these drawn out shitty cuts that don't work unless you're on PEDs.
