Nothing, I do a 5km run in a fasted state around 10AM, then I eat around 12:30.

300g 2% greek yoghurt
50g whey protein
50g oatmeal
50g flax seeds
banana
100g frozen berries

i break my fast at around 1230. this lasts me until i get back from work at around 1830ish. some days i also eat an apple at work if i feel a little peckish.
