So I just hit my thirties.
Have been doing gym on and off, but never been anything noteworthy.
Starting seriously now with Push/Pull compounds, a strict plan for training (ABxABxA..) and eating
About 14% BF, 5"11, 160 lbs.
How realistic is into shape when youre old (for me would be around~10-11% BF @170+ lbs)?

Depending on your situation, background, goals etc, it may or may not be a good idea to hop on TRT
>5'10 155 lbs
never let yourself slip

Not asking for one, btw already mentioned it

Its what I outlined: 14% BF, 5"11, 160 lbs =>10-11% BF @170+ lbs

I'd you want to put on mass, you have to eat. Starting Strength addresses working out as an older person, so I recommend that. You're an undernourished guy starting with a split. This is never a good idea. SS outlines a full body routine that will take you less time per week to do and give you better results over 4-6 months.
Once you have a strength foundation, you can switch to a split. Nobody got 20 lbs of lean mass doing a split while moving bitch weight.
You can be dad mode at that age. 12-18% body fat with a lot of mass

Thanks. My Push Pull Routine is mainly full body exercises though:
A: Squat, Bench Press, Military Press, Dips
B: DL, Pullup, Rowing, Bicep curl.
But I see the downside that my body might require longer regeneration breaks. Thanks for your advice.
