My job has an annual fitness test. and its almost a joke. For my age bracket my minimum was
19 Sit ups in 1 min
19 push ups in 1 min
Bench Press 65% BW
Dead Lift 65% BW
Run 1 mile in 14 minutes
I ended up tieing for 3rd in Bench Press at 250lbs. and was 6th in my mile at 8:33. I did the bare minimum on push ups and sit ups because everyone else did too, they thought it was kind of stupid.
>If your job had a fitness test, where would you place among your co-workers?
placing third at 250, you a cop or what? Because at any office job you'd prolly be first

I work with a college cross country guy and his running buddy, so i'd come in like 3rd maybe 4th on the mile. with about 6:30.
Should win all strength exercises though

>walk 1 mile in 14 minutes
adjusted for accuracy

Firefighter.
it went something like
1. 310
2. 290
3. 250
other guys were all 230 and below. Our biggest guy got 155.

>BW %
As a manlet I'm glad that organizations judge fitness by the same standard that I do. My gym buddy consistently benches ~1pl8 more than I do, but by BW % I'm winning

>other guys were all 230 and below. Our biggest guy got 155.
I don't think he was the biggest guy
>not useing the opportunity to crush your pms and set corp records
you fucked up

1st or 2nd
Most are weak as piss, only other guy that lifts technically doesn't work under the same company but he's been perma bulking for years, but I could beat him in the running part

Don't manlets get mechanical advantage on pretty much every lift due to their shortened lever arm?
>>41854510
Not everything, but for a lot of lifts there's a lot less mechanical work being done.
Lifting 150kg two feet off the ground requires less energy than lifting it three feet off the ground.

Engineering student here
A shortened lever arm actually results in a loss of mechanical advantage

Easily top but it would be such a shitshow of human spillage so it wouldn't say much for me. Kind of like bragging about your ASVAB score
