Mid cardio pot break?
I find that smoking a solid or j during a midcardio break really motivates me and helps me come back to the gym. I got put on some new meds and gained a ton of weight, now I'm looking to shed it. I haven't been to the gym in a while, but I used to smoke after each half hour of cardio. It's like a reward for getting to the gym, otherwise I'd just be smoking that same solid on the couch at home. Thoughts?
Spliff auto corrected to solid. I know the tobacco is bad for my lungs and the weed elevates my heart rate and increases the risk of heart attack, but isn't it better overall that I'm doing the cardio because of it?
I can definitely go the extra distance whilst high, only problem is being super tired when it wears off after

Smoking before a bike ride is fantastic.
