I use the sauna for 30 min hot at the end. Helps muscle recovery, gives me time to meditate/overcome anxiety, and makes me feel great.

I like these kinds of minimalistic routines. Just 1-2 main lifts a day. You should do more volume though and add some isolation for arms and shoulders. I personally would find it to be a waste of time to do this little work in the gym but be there 5days a week. You also don't have any model on how many sets you do or how much weight you use for these exercises, when do you do max testing? How do you progressively overload? Those are all important aspects that need to be addressed.

Are you by any chance a beginner? Because if you are, you'd be better off sticking to an actual program.

Yeah I agree. I wanted to keep it simple but I did put time aside for isolation.

Accessory Work means 20 - 40 mins of isolation on Tues/Thurs or 15 min of isolation on MWF.

Yeah I agree, I didn't feel experienced enough to set progression rates but I should progress kinda fast cuz I'm halfway between novice and intermediate. Ill look at comparable stuff and what they use for progression rates
