I constantly get elbow pain from the all day lifting+computer combination. I've only been working out for a couple months now, but I've had elbow pain since day 1, and it's never fully gone.
Is it because of bad form on the barbell? I lifted for about a year in college and then some, but I don't remember any of this happening back then. I don't have a PT or anything, but I watch videos and read shit all the time to get the form right in everything I do. The pain is exactly where the extensor is attached to the joint in both arms. Wat do /fit/? Is this snap city?

Or don't, I don't care

I did that already. It's like ice, it just gives you temporary relief.

op here i just failed my <1pl8 bench am i going to make it

joint pains at less than one plate bench could be a form thing
take like 2-3 days off and get your form checked by someone else, you'd be surprised the shit you can miss when trying to figure out good form in the beginning

also just noticed this, avoid ice if possible it's good for relief but overall slows recovery from injuries

I cut meats at a fast phase for my summer job/part time job and i have alot of shoulder and elbow pain from repetative movements, so when it starts to hurt i use kinetic tape on for like a week in a row, takes about 2-3 days for the tape to help the pain completely off for me. also use ice and stretch triceps

no it does not, you use ice for 20minutes at a time max
I have a similar question, I am a horribly unfit guy who went for a short round of intense basketball a few weeks ago and my knees still hurt from the strain. What should I do?
