Is having an Adonis belt based on Low body fat % or genetics?
Mine started showing when I was still mid 20's on bf and it pops pretty hard compared to most my gains. Starting to see the outlines of my abs to, almost there muh dudes.

I noticed my V-shape starting to really pop up when i simply added hollow pull ups to my workouts.
Imo thats the only way you should do a pull up.
