Try nutritionix or myfitnesspal. Personally I like to actually write my calories/macros down in a notebook, and I eat mostly the same foods so I can just refer back to earlier entries most of the time.

I mean like actually measuring foods, I was hoping wouldn't have to buy a scale or measuring cups that's a pain

after a while it becomes much easier and u just do it instantly

My nr.1 tip is not being such a bitch. It takes about 5-10 minutes out of my day to measure my food. It's really not that big of a deal you fucking mong.
