How does one stays motivated /fit/? I need to lose some weight and I went running for the first time in 2 years last week but I just can't do it again. I'm a lazy piece of shit so I don't want to do it again. I think cardio is a pain in the ass but deep down I know I need it. I feel bad everytime I skip it.

The only motivation I eve had was 4 years ago; I went to the gym with a friend. If he wasnt going I wasnt either.. so when he stopped going I couldnt continue on my own. I dont know what to do to counter this

Some people say the best motivation is pussy but it is mostly relative. For me the best motivation is the person I will become, as faggy as that sounds. You just have to find what works for you, even if that is not motivation but discipline.
