I like a cotton/polyester mix.
If I'm wearing a shirt outside jogging it's always polyester. Wicks sweat and dries quickly, cotton/ denim fabrics just get heavy and water-logged. Synthetic fibers > natural fibers 9/10 times, just look at what the military uses, it's all synthetic, designed for temperature regulation, etc.
