4 scoops + real food - humanity

1/2 Frozen banana
1-1/2 cups or so mixed frozen fruit (strawberries, mango, pineapple, papaya)
1 cup greek yogurt
1/2 carton of egg whites (25g protein worth)
Handful Fresh or frozen spinach/kale/greens if I have it

not that many calories, 48g protein. Tastes good. If you don't add the greens and you get the consistency right it will be thick enough to eat with a spoon

Apple juice
some sugar

Mix in applejuice till it becomes semifluid. And this is good neough for me becuase I love the taste of strawberries.
