Started working out couple weeks ago. I look similar to the guy in the pic, super skinny narrow shoulders, tiny T-Rex arms, and can't seem to find options for exercises for someone like me (most stuff I've found deal with amputees or normal bodied people).
I really want to work on my upper body: chest, shoulders, and getting my chicken arms a bit thicker would be a bonus.
What do anons?
