So I "came out" to my friend about using creatine lately.
>lifts going up way faster than usual
>muscles looking much fuller
>full of energy
>friend asks whats up
>tell him about creatine and hydration
>his mouth literally drops open
>you can't take this shit bro is bad for you
>why I feel fine? All my lifts are going up, it's cheap and all the studies say it's safe
>he turns visibly red
>YOUR MUSCLES ARE WATEEEER
>he throws his protein shake on the floor and runs out of the gym
Am I in the wrong here?

how?

it's true. I died from creatine overdose back in 1998.
why not go on a full cycle since you already lost your natty card

Your friend sounds like the kind of faggot that only exists in greentext.

Creatine is a hell of a drug m8

Cycling in this country is risky

and this is why i dont want to take creatine
i thought creatine was expensive but its only 28 dollars here
that is fine
Should I take creatine while losing weight? Or does it defeat the purpose?

Creatine is for bulking. It helps you gain weight, so I would suggest not doing that if you are trying to cut.
>>41848436
It helps keep strength up, preserrve muscle mass, all ofnwhich are very beneficial to the weight loss process.
Unless you think the only important aspect to weight loss is the number on the scale

So do you think starting creatine is a good idea?
I recently started taking creatine and other powders and I don't see any fucking difference. I saw a bigger change in my squat when I bought proper shoes.
Why do people say creatine isn't natty?
There's like a gram of it in a steak or medium sized fish?

Creatine is performance enhancing. You want it for the reasons stated by >>41848458
While you will become heavier while using creatine because of the water weight.
Its important to remember, you aren't really trying to lose WEIGHT, you're trying to lose FAT.
Creatine doesn't really affect fat, so it isn't a problem on a cut. It may make it harder to track your progress, but after you are saturated with creatine, any weight loss will be the same as normal.

Some people respond more to creatine than others, because of diet or genetics or both.
