I buy the premade oats and with flavors induced

Banana, or frozen blueberries works well

cinnamon makes it really sweet, mix it in while making the oats. 1 teaspoon at 6 calories is more than enough

I make them extra liquidy and then stir in pbfit to desired thickness, then add a couple tablespoons of peanut butter and chopped banana

I recently started putting apple sauce in mine. A half cup is about the same as a banana and it mixes in really well.
