Can I get an HIIT routine please?

I did 5 sets of 30 second sprints, 1 minute jog.
I wouldnt reccommend HIIT though, i hurt my leg and tailbone and had to limp around after doing any activity straining those parts. Just stick to weightlifting and cardio.
