So I've just started SS and I'm pretty good, everything works fine except Bench press. The problem I have is that once I put enough of weight the part between my forearm and my upper arm (I'm not sure that is it my joint) is hurting. I only get this once I lift but at home everything is fine and cool. I only get this if I do any push exercise but I fear if I continue to bench more I get some lasting damage.
How do I prevent this or any possible joint problems in the future?
