if it hurts just where your triceps attaches to your elbow you may have upset some tendons or ligament.
Take a good long rest.

Probably tendonitis. (1) Stretch. Triceps, forearms, and biceps. That will help. (2) Don't overwork. The second it starts hurting, stop (I'm guessing it hurts while you're doing some type of push exercise). That will also help. (3) Rest. Maybe skip a day or three. (4) Tiger Balm. It's almost miraculous.

Its definitely tendon pain, usually just wrap it (best purchase imo) and try to lay off any workouts that involve that tendon (basically anything that involves muscle strain on elbow) you should be fine with bench and any other workout of that sort. Just don't strain it for a couple weeks and wrap it before a workout.
