So I'm a 19 y/o that started lifting in Jan this year and made a little progress but ultimately I want to get bigger in terms of size. A read some threads here on the subject and they all went a little something like "eat big, lift big".
I keep losing weight, like 6 Kgs in 4 months and I eat normally. What should I be eating so that I can keep the unhealthy shit away yet still gain weight AND muscle? Anyone got any good bulking meal plans?
