Routine was 6 months or so of SS+accessories, then Chest/Tris, Back/Bis, Legs/Shoulders. Can post the full routine if you want.
Diet is IIFYM, after the first few months I stopped counting calories cause I have a pretty good grasp of the calories contents of what I eat. My cutting diet is usually something like this:
Breakfast: 4 eggs, 4 slices turkey bacon, ketchup
Lunch: Serving lean meat, veggies, carb (potatoes, couscous, rice)
Dinner: Serving lean meat/filling vegetarian food, veggies, beans
Post-workout: protein shake w/ milk, creatine, l-glutamine, turmeric, flax oil
Snacks: Cottage cheese w/ jam, fruit, reasonably portioned junk food

Just hop on any beginner routine, I like phraks greyskull LP for getting a strength base that you can actually build aesthetics on top of.

Then after 3ish months hop on a PPL like coolcicadas running compounds like bench and squat in a lower rep range (deadlift as well if you choose to incorporate it, and doing OHP in low rep ranges is a matter of preference IMO).

Eating 3-500 Cal above maintenance the whole time, of course.

Yeah I usually do 4-5x3-6 on compounds going heavy as I can increasing strength, then 4x8-15 on any isolations I feel like I need (which is pretty much everything).

I go back and forth from a EOD fullbody routine to an upper/lower 6-7x per week depending on my fucky schedule.

Thanks man. I'd be interested in the 5x12 routine at some point. Right now I gotta get about 4 hours of rest because I'm waking up early to go hit legs.

Thanks for the estimate, I'm bulking which means hella food and ZERO cardio. Now if I can take a more flattering photo thatd be great. But yeah, the 5×12 is great for pumps I usually increase the weight every 2 sets and go heavy for the 5th set, it takes gym sesh or 2 to dial it in, try it and if you hate it, try something else. But get some rest and go hard in the morning
