what are you new or something?
Depends on how tall you are. If you're tall you will probably lose about 5 pounds a day. If you're a manlet with a manlet metabolism you'll be a very big and strong manlet

What if you're just right?

I'm 5'8 and did a 2k calorie diet for three weeks. My weight kept bouncing out from 143 to 146 and back again to 143 throughout the week.

I'm 6" and I'm on 2k kcal diet for a month now and I've never looked better. I don't feel anything strange while lifting and I eat shitload of protein. I will stop cutting after my belly fat is gone.

2000kcal is woman's avarage intake, you basically become a trap then
Currently doing it, I'm looking more shredded by the day and I try to limit myself under 40g of fat/day. Sometimes I miss cheese lol

tried it for 3 weeks, surgeons had to amputate both my arms and put 74 steel pins in my legs, pelvis, and testicles
looking back I'd say it wasn't worth it
