works but ur sleep and diet needs to be on point, if ur talking about bulgarian light especially where u train 7 times a week

What's the difference between bulgarian light and the original?
>>41838439
Bulgarian light is once a day Training, focusing on squat and press. Bulgarian is lifting 3times a day and doing all olympic lifts +powervariations +squat and pulls.

The russians faked their workout routines in hopes the US would copy them and become injured.
40 years later retards on the internet still haven't gotten the memo.

Can't believe so few people actually realise this. Failing to recognise it has more or less killed olympic lifting in English speaking countries.

Why don't you read the studies yourself? The same volume gives a bit better adaptation when spread out more over the week. The volume still needs to be appropriate though.

5x10 spread over 2 days, gives you more muscle than doing it on 1day. if you spread 7x10 over 7days, you get more muscle and less fatigue than doing it on 1day.

Russian programming doesn't even have high frequency you mong, and it's so easy to not get injured on it as it has you working in very very manageable rep ranges and weights. I would assume American programs cause more injury because they have a) Ridiculous rep ranges (not uncommon to see 10 fucking reps), b) weights seem arbitrarily chosen, working close to 90% almost all the time for no reason and c) Americans don't make good athletes
Russian > Bulgarian > American (exception: Takano who is more or less Soviet style)
