You go through your whole body twice per week.
The same as a PPL split, take a look at the brosplits that's split into 4-5 workouts.
With those splits you go through your body maybe once per week.
Westside is split like this:
>Monday - Max Effort lowerbody
>Wednesday - Max Effort upperbody
>Friday - Dynamic Effort lowerbody
>Sunday - Dynamic Effort upperbody
And 531 can be done on the same days.
