A lot of fitness experts (BBs, Youtubers, etc) sell themselves on looking strong. But are there any that you've seen that look strong but are actually weak? Recently i saw a Lex Fitness video where he was squating 2p8s. I love his videos, but this just threw me off, like i expected him to just rep out 3+.
