you have really bad body dysmorphic issues if you're seriously considering surgery for something like that. Not trolling/shitposting, you should see a therapist not a plastic surgeon. Literally everyone has imperfections.

dunno, for me it's an aquired taste, but you get really weird when close to 30, so I'm not sure, I also like feet now, the higher gums ratio is gaining traction like crazy on me...not a fan of teeth gap tho
