Hey /fit/izens. I have been body building for a few months now. Mainly bulking up. My muscle mass has been increasing at a satisfying rate. Now I want to know how I can start to lower my body fat %. I am really strong but I am also chubby. I want to know how I can start to burn down that body fat. I started doing intermittent fasting where I stop eating at 8pm and dont eat again until lunch. I am going to start extending until 4pm.
