Neither habit is "good" for you. Weed makes you lazy and complacent. It's not good for your lungs or your emotional health. Porn is also bad for your mind. It objectifies women and there was a study showing that porn made the same area of the mind light up as heroin users. Basically your addicted to dopamine or oxytocin.

Yeah it's not healthy being addicted to anything.
Personally I smoke once a month or so and I watch porn but I could go without smoking the rest of my life and I masturbate to my imagination more than porn anyway.
I have my own demons but those two aren't among them, but they are for you.
Recommend severely reducing/cutting them both out for some months and see how life treats you.
You might be able to reintroduce either of them in a more healthy manner later on but if you can't then so be it, you should be in control of your behaviors/substances they shouldn't be in control of you.
