I am considering buying those elastic bands to warm up my shoulder properly before bench.

Which ones do you recommend? And while we are talking about equipment, what are the best straps for diddly?

You don't need the bands, but I have them and use them and it's nice- just buy any cheap set, literally doesn't matter. As for straps, I have a pair of harbinger that are pretty comfy. Bought cheaper ones before and they dug into my wrists a lot
